 Compliance in a company generally refers to "acting in accordance with very basic rules such as laws and regulations (legal compliance)".

In recent years, there have been repeated cases of the loss of trust due to legal violations in corporate activities, and the resulting severe punishments and tightening of regulations that have had a major impact on the survival of businesses. It's a commonly used point of view.

In Japanese, it is often translated as compliance with laws and regulations, and is a word that refers to compliance with laws and regulations.
In the case of our company, the main targets are the Worker Dispatch Act, the Labor Standards Act, the Safety and Health Act, the Personal Information Protection Act, and other laws that have been strengthened year by year.
For this reason, when laws and regulations change, we work to accurately understand the details and respond quickly, and we educate not only our employees but also our customers and staff about the details.

In addition, at our company, compliance is not just about complying with laws and regulations, but "adapting to social demands" including compliance with laws and regulations.
Based on this idea, we advocate "full set compliance," which states that "compliance" includes not only legal compliance but also social norms and corporate ethics (morals).

The existence of a company is not only about the pursuit of profits, but also the latent demands of society.
Various laws and regulations also have demands from society before they are enacted.
Laws and regulations do not always reflect the latest social realities, and the judiciary is not omnipotent.
Therefore, we believe that the essence of compliance is to respond to the demands of society, rather than simply complying with laws and regulations.
